GaranziaYou have 30 days from delivery to send an item back — twice the statutory minimum, and it applies in every country we ship to. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging; beyond that we do not ask for a reason.
To start one, email info@ketravia.com with your order number. We reply within one working day with return instructions for your country, and refund what you paid for the item once it reaches us. If the return is down to a mistake of ours, we cover the postage too.
