1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described below is Ketravia Ltd, registered office Suite 4, 18 Blackfriars Street, Manchester, M3 5BQ, United Kingdom, VAT No. GB438295761. Any privacy request can be sent to info@ketravia.com.

1.1 Who runs the advertising

The products on this site are sold and shipped by Ketravia Ltd. Advertising campaigns and the advertising accounts used to promote this site are managed by SCROLLWORK LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. In that role it processes advertising and measurement data only — it does not take, fulfil or ship orders, and it has no access to your order records. Enquiries about an order or a delivery should go to the seller.

2. What we hold

Depending on how you use the site, we may hold:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The delivery address for your order, including country and postcode
  • The IP address the order or enquiry came from
  • Cookie and browsing data, as set out in the Cookie Policy

3. Why we hold it

Each piece of data has a purpose, and we do not collect anything we have no use for:

  • To fulfil your order: processing the purchase, passing the delivery details to the carrier, and contacting you about the parcel.
  • To prevent fraud: checking orders, IP addresses and phone numbers against obvious abuse before we ship goods.
  • To advertise: where you have allowed advertising cookies, browsing data is used to measure campaigns and to show our products again on third-party platforms.
  • To improve the shop: aggregated statistics about which pages and products people actually use.

4. Cookies and tracking

The site uses essential cookies to function and, with your consent, advertising cookies. The full list, with retention periods, is in our Cookie Policy.

The advertising cookies we may set belong to Google Ads and Meta, and are placed only after you accept them in the banner.

5. Who else sees it

Your data is shared only where delivering the service requires it:

  • Carriers: name, delivery address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered and you can be contacted about it.
  • Customs authorities: for deliveries outside the EU and UK, the declaration details required by law in the destination country.
  • Google and Meta: browsing and conversion data, where advertising cookies have been accepted.
  • Our email provider: the address needed to send order confirmations and replies to enquiries.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order records: six years, which is the retention period required for UK tax records (HMRC).
  • IP addresses kept for fraud checks: twelve months.
  • Advertising cookies: up to twelve months from the moment you consented.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 — and, for customers in the EU, the equivalent rights under the EU GDPR — you may ask us to:

  • Access: confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct: fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erase: delete your data, where we have no legal duty to keep it.
  • Port: hand your data over in a machine-readable format.
  • Object: stop using your data for marketing, which we will action without asking why.
  • Complain: raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or with your national data protection authority.

8. Making a request

Write to us and we will answer within one month. It helps if you tell us which order or email address the request concerns:
