Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern every purchase made through this website. The seller — the company you enter into a contract with, and the one that ships your order and handles returns and warranty — is Ketravia Ltd. Placing an order means you accept these terms, so it is worth reading the sections on delivery, duties and returns before you do.

Advertising campaigns and advertising accounts for this site are managed by SCROLLWORK LLC. That company advertises the shop; it is not a party to your purchase and has no role in fulfilling it.

2. Orders

An order you place is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email or telephone. We may decline an order — and will say so — where an item is no longer available, where the price shown was clearly wrong, or where the order shows signs of fraud.

3. Prices

Prices on the English shop front are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. On our country pages, prices are shown in that country's own currency. We can change prices at any time, but the price that binds us is the one displayed when you placed your order.

4. Paying

Depending on your country, you can pay by card or by cash on delivery. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout once you have entered a delivery address. Where you pay the courier on delivery, the amount due is the order total including the delivery charge quoted to you.

5. Delivery, duties and taxes

We ship worldwide with tracked carriers. Orders leave the warehouse within one working day; delivery itself is typically 2-5 working days inside the EU and longer elsewhere, and those windows are estimates rather than guarantees. The delivery charge for your address is quoted before you confirm the order. For destinations outside the EU and the UK, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may be payable on arrival: these are set by your own country, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, by the carrier, or by events outside our control.

6. Cancelling and returning

You may cancel and return an item within 30 days of delivery, on the terms set out in our Returns Policy. It must come back unused, complete and in its original packaging.

7. Warranty and liability

Every product carries a 24-month warranty, alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for EU customers, the equivalent national consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, failure to maintain the tool, use outside the purpose it was built for, or normal wear of consumable parts. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Using the tools safely

Every tool we sell is CE marked and meets European safety requirements. Reading the manual, wearing the right protective equipment and following the safety instructions are your responsibility. Power tools cause serious injury when used carelessly, and no warranty covers that.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, logos and layout of this site belong to Ketravia Ltd and are protected by copyright. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are buying as a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
