What it does
Robot vacuum and mop with gyroscope navigation: it cleans in parallel lines instead of bouncing around at random, and when the battery runs low it goes back to its charging base by itself. 2,000 Pa suction with a main brush and two side brushes; dust bin of about 450 ml with filter, which you empty yourself. It mops with a 250 ml water tank and a machine-washable microfibre cloth; to vacuum only, for example on rugs, you unhook the cloth holder. 2,600 mAh battery: up to about 110 minutes and about 100 m² per charge; about 65 dB. About 7.6 cm high, so it passes under many beds and sofas; it climbs thresholds up to about 1.5 cm and has anti-drop sensors and a soft bumper. Remote control with weekly scheduling (days and time): no app and no Wi-Fi needed. In the box: robot, charging base with power adapter, remote control with 2 batteries, water tank, spare-parts kit (side brushes, filter, mop cloth) and 100 ml floor cleaner. 2-year warranty.

DeliveryTracked courier, nothing to pay for it
Once the order is confirmed on the phone, we hand the parcel to a tracked courier within 1 to 2 working days, and it takes a further 3 to 7 working days depending on the country. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
We make no charge for delivery, so the total in the order form is the price of the goods and nothing else. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives: it is the only way to pay, and nothing is due before.
Before anything is packed we call you, usually within one working day, to confirm the product, the address and the amount the driver will collect.
Returns14 days, even if you have opened and tried it
You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to send a product back — the right of withdrawal EU consumer law gives you — even if you have opened the box and tried it. The original packaging is welcome but is not a condition. You are only liable for a reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; in that case that reduction may be deducted from the refund. We do not ask you to justify the decision.
Email us with your order number and we answer within 2 working days with the return address and the steps for your country. When the product is back with us and checked, we refund what you paid for it.
Warranty24 months against manufacturing faults
Everything we sell is new and carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults, counted from the delivery date.
If something stops working as it should, write to us with your order number and a short description or a photo. Depending on the fault we repair it, replace it or refund it.
